Meal Plan 10/3 – 10/7/2011
Monday: Quiche (recipe posted)
Tuesday: Fish and chips. Served with the leftover cole slaw that my parents gave us and asparagus
Wednesday: Shepherd’s pie, using leftover mashed potatoes
Thursday: Ravioli, spinach, and garlic bread
Friday: Chicken quesadilla, corn
With all meals, salad will be on the table.
